Hi, I'm Tracey and my mission is to inform, empower and guide you to your happy, healthy best life with energy.

Early on in life I realized my body could change and heal from most anything. I felt confused that others I loved suffered and I spent years searching for answers to explain what was possible; innate inside and that is why in 2017 I started iLight Coaching with a Diploma in Nutrition and Bioenergetics Certification alongside mind-body coaching skills to aid you to the energy and understanding to get back to wholeness.  Hence the name iLight - for i and the light - from within.

Utilizing strategic breakthrough coaching for mind-body communication; combined with the tools and devices to create ease and flow of energy & wellness. Add on physical support through nutrition and you have the 3 pillars of health - Brain-Body-Being That is Energy4Life !!!
